Are you interested in what´s happening around the world? In this class, we will read and discuss news stories from all over, as well as articles from the New York Times and the Guardian. We will review the vocabulary as needed and discuss such contemporary topics as artificial intelligence, culture, health and wellbeing, art and education. Students are encouraged to suggest articles they have come across (from the above or other sources) that they would be interested in reading and discussing together as a group. We will also watch short videos together, followed by a discussion of the topics and themes covered. Participants should be comfortable in communicating in English (B2-C1)
